The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with our range of luxury automotive brands and provide exceptional customer service, providing expert guidance, constructing tailored solutions and creating memorable purchase journeys. With our growing sales volumes and expanding market presence, you’ll have the resources and support to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, across the full luxury brand portfolio.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology and brand heritage.
  • Guide clients through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth and premium experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, follow up leads, manage key touch-points and deliver outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with finance, service and marketing teams to drive enquiries, optimise customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilise CRM and tablet technology to capture customer data, manage pipeline and report on performance.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, market trends and brand updates across our full brand range.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for luxury cars and the automotive industry.
  • A strong team-player who also thrives individually in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, persuasive and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Competency with digital tools (e.g., tablets, CRM systems) and comfortable adapting to new technology.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to work a 5-day schedule including Saturday.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience in hospitality, automotive, luxury retail or similar is highly desirable—but not essential.
