Porsche Centre Gold Coast is seeking a highly experienced Quality Controller to work alongside our Worksop Manager to lead and inspire our workshop team.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a premium dealership that prides itself on delivering precision, performance, and exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
As Quality Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the workshop, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, to the highest standards, and in line with Porsche's global expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency within the workshop
- Oversee quality control and adherence to manufacturer standards
- Liaise with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide technical support and mentoring to workshop staff
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance procedures always
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a prestige or performance automotive environment
- Strong technical background with up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle systems
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience with the Porsche brand is highly desirable
